Représentant Commercial / Sales Representative (H/F) – Région Grand Sud-Ouest | Timberland (Basé à Toulouse de préférence)

Timberland, leader mondial de la chaussure, du textile et des accessoires outdoor premium, recrute un(e) Sales Representative de talent pour piloter son développement sur la région Grand Sud-Ouest de la France.

Depuis des décennies, notre mission reste la même : équiper et inspirer les passionnés de nature, encourager l'esprit communautaire et agir pour un monde plus durable.

En tant que pilier de notre stratégie commerciale, vous serez le visage de la marque Timberland sur votre secteur.

Vos Missions :

  • Développement et Commercialisation : Présenter et vendre les nouvelles collections auprès de vos clients et prospects. Vous participerez activement aux événements clés de la marque (salons professionnels, showrooms privés) avec le soutien d'outils de merchandising performants.
  • Pilotage de Portefeuille : Fidéliser et accompagner vos clients au quotidien en les informant des opportunités de réassort, des plannings de livraison et des stocks disponibles.
  • Prospection Stratégique : Identifier et conquérir de nouveaux partenaires en parfaite adéquation avec la politique de distribution sélective de l'entreprise.
  • Suivi d'Activité : Assurer une gestion prévisionnelle des ventes rigoureuse et reporter directement au Responsable des Ventes (plans de tournées, rapports d’activité).

Votre Profil :

  • Parcours : Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+4/5 en commerce, vous justifiez impérativement d'une première expérience réussie comme Attaché(e) Commercial(e) de terrain.
  • Compétences clés : Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Permis B requis depuis plus de 2 ans (déplacements fréquents).
  • Réseau & Terrain : Vous connaissez les codes de la distribution sélective (mode ou sport). Une affinité avec l'univers de la chaussure est un vrai atout.
  • Soft Skills : Vous êtes passionné(e) par la mode, le sport et l'univers outdoor. Votre autonomie et votre aisance relationnelle feront la différence.
