Talent Acquisition Specialist Internal Recruiting This is a full-time opportunity, fully in-office in Beverly, MA, Monday through Friday. This role sits on our Operations team, supporting the people and processes behind our Recruiting and Account Management teams.

About the Role

Our business is people, and so is this job. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll find the people who become Vi-Leon’s next great sales hires. You’ll source them, screen them, guide them through our interview process, and get them hired and in the door.

This is a full-cycle internal recruiting role focused mainly on entry-level sales talent for our Beverly headquarters. Every hire you make helps build the company from the inside out.

What You’ll Do

Find them (sourcing)

  • Proactively source entry-level sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network
  • Run high-volume, personalized outreach by message, phone, and email, and follow up until you get an answer
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future openings

Screen them

  • Review applicants and run phone and video screens to assess drive, coachability, and culture fit
  • Decide who moves forward, and be every candidate’s first (and best) impression of Vi-Leon

Guide them through

  • Set up qualified candidates to meet with hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules
  • Prep candidates for each step, and bring your notes to hiring managers so you can advocate for the people you believe in
  • Keep candidates in the loop with timely updates and honest feedback

Get them in the door

  • Partner with hiring managers through the offer stage
  • Keep candidates engaged and excited from offer acceptance through their first day

Build your brand (and ours)

  • Grow your personal LinkedIn presence as a recruiter by posting open roles, sharing team wins, and connecting with talent
  • Champion Vi-Leon’s marketing initiatives by sharing, engaging with, and amplifying our campaigns
  • Help out at campus events and career fairs throughout the year

Own your numbers

  • Track your recruiting activity and progress toward hiring goals
  • Share what’s working and help sharpen how we recruit

The Details

  • Location: in office 5 days a week at our Beverly, MA headquarters
  • Type: full-time
  • Salary range: $50K–60K annual base + bonus opportunities
