  • Du fasst Tätigkeitsbuchungen zusammen, kanalisiert sie und bereitest sie zur Abrechnung vor
  • Du unterstützt das operative Team im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und sorgst für klare, freundliche und verbindliche Abstimmungen

DAS KANNST DU

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Bürokaufmann/-frau.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und arbeitest sicher mit Tabellen, Auswertungen und kaufmännischen Daten.
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und professionell – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch (C1) und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert
