  • Unterstütze unser Support-Team bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Supportfällen im Bereich IP-Video
  • Unterstütze bei der Analyse und ersten Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen
  • Lerne unsere technischen Lösungen und Prozesse kennen und entwickle dein Wissen kontinuierlich weiter
  • Remote Konfiguration von IP basierten Videoüberwachungssystemen
  • Teilnahme und Unterstützung an einem großflächigen Rollout-Projekt von Asset Management Software auf über 5000 Systemen
  • Durchführung von Troubleshooting Maßnahmen, sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Videoüberwachung
  • Implementierung von Analytik und AI-Applikationen auf Netzwerkkameras und Video Management Systemen
  • Analyse und Beseitigung von Sicherheitsrisiken, sowie Umsetzung technischer Gegenmaßnahmen in geschlossenen Netzwerken
  • User und Asset Management für Videosoftware über zentrale Administrations

DAS KANNST DU

  • Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem technischen, IT-nahen oder wirtschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Du hast Interesse an IT, Technik und daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
  • Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Menschen und trittst freundlich und verbindlich auf
  • Du kannst dich gut organisieren und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick
  • Du hast keine Scheu davor, Kundenanfragen telefonisch oder schriftlich zu bearbeiten
  • Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Erste Erfahrungen im IT-, Service- oder Kundenbereich sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Grundkenntnisse über den Aufbau von Netzwerken und der dazugehörenden Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung mit Windowsbetriebssystemen und deren Anwendung
