DAS MACHST DU

  • Du führst und entwickelst unsere Außendiensttechniker:innen sowie Serviceteams und förderst eine eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Service- und Installationseinsätze und stellst die optimale Ressourcen- und Einsatzplanung sicher.
  • Du sorgst für die Einhaltung technischer Standards, Qualitätsrichtlinien und Sicherheitsvorgaben bei allen Einsätzen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Projektleitung, Solution Design, Projektadministration und Customer Care zusammen und bist Ansprechpartner:in bei technischen Rückfragen unserer Kunden.
  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen, überwachst Servicequalität und Fehlerquoten und leitest daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, führst technische Reviews durch und begleitest die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender.

DAS KANNST DU

  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Führung technischer Service- oder Außendienstteams.
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für sicherheitstechnische oder IT-basierte Systeme mit, idealerweise in den Bereichen Videoüberwachung, Zutrittskontrolle oder vergleichbaren Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick.
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und eine motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit.
  • Du kennst Dich mit Qualitätsstandards, Dokumentation und technischen Prozessen aus.
  • Du gehst sicher mit digitalen Tools, ERP-Systemen und gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen um.
