Valorizamos a humanização em todos os pontos de contato e investimos constantemente em tecnologia para transformar a experiência em saúde.🔗 Saiba mais: www.saudeamericas.com.brResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar as avaliações de solicitações de compra de medicamentos não padronizados; Auxiliar no processo de dispensação; Acompanhar o farmacêutico na análise de prescrições médicas; Orientar pacientes, cuidadores e clientes sob supervisão farmacêutica; Manipular medicamentos quimioterápicos sob supervisão farmacêutica; Conferir o registro de temperatura e umidade do ambiente e geladeiras; Acompanhar o controle da movimentação diária do estoque, controlando a validade dos produtos; Auxiliar na realização das ações de Farmacovigilância; Participar da promoção do uso racional de medicamentos; Realizar o fracionamento e etiquetagem dos produtos; Auxiliar o desenvolvimento das atividades de Farmácia Clínica sob supervisão do farmacêutico; Orientar a equipe e cumprir as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos sob a supervisão do farmacêutico; Realizar na execução dos inventários rotativos e gerais; Identificar reações adversas e interações medicamentosas sob a supervisão do farmacêutico; Ajudar na elaboração e revisão da documentação necessária ao ideal funcionamento da área (POQ’s, fluxogramas, registros, entre outros) sob a supervisão do farmacêutico; Executar suas atividades de acordo com os princípios de excelência em gestão da qualidade; Controlar medicamentos controlados sob a supervisão do farmacêutico; Auxiliar na elaboração de gráficos e análise de indicadores sob a supervisão do farmacêutico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstudantes cursando graduação em Farmácia a partir do 5° semestre;Pacote office intermediário;Disponibilidade para atuar de Segunda à Sexta, das 07h às 13h.
