The posting

Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint — we’ve got huge goals.

As a Product Support & Operations Specialist at Via, you’ll be at the core of how our partners experience our technology. When cities and operators run into issues with the platform that powers their transit networks, you're who they turn to.

This role blends partner-facing work with deep technical problem-solving. You'll bridge the gap between partners' day-to-day realities and Via's Product and Engineering teams. It's a great opportunity for early-career professionals to build deep technical expertise, gain cross-functional exposure, and make a real impact from day one. You'll build a strong foundation that makes this an ideal starting point for many directions at Via.

About the Role:

  • Get up to speed quickly through hands-on training and mentorship, becoming a true expert on Via's platform, tools, and industry context.
  • Dive into technical issues, troubleshoot, and solve problems fast, giving partners the clarity they need to keep their networks running.
  • Build close relationships with partners, understanding their day to day and pain points so you can advise them in ways that consistently improve deployment outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partner Success to tackle challenges that span multiple functions.
  • Spot product and process improvements, acting as the bridge between partners and technical teams to shape prioritization and scalability decisions.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of work experience, including internships; we welcome recent graduates eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Curious and eager: You love digging into how things work.
  • Keen to build a career in tech, with an open mind about where you'll want to focus.
  • Meticulous and analytical, with a strong process orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solver who doesn't accept the status quo and is always looking for smarter solutions.
  • A natural communicator who instinctively finds the right tone in every situation.
  • While not required, fluency in an additional language (Spanish, German, Arabic, French, Italian, Dutch, or Japanese) is a plus.

We don't expect you to check every box. If you're excited about our mission, learn quickly, take ownership, and enjoy working collaboratively, we'd love to hear from you!

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 per year plus variable pay and equity as part of a total compensation package. Final compensation will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, with low-cost dental and vision plans.
  • A 401(k) with company match and vesting.
  • Fully paid parental leave for new parents, with extended leave options.
  • Additional benefits (mental health, pet insurance, and other wellness perks).
  • 20 days of paid time off (PTO) annually.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
