Vianen Flowers groeit hard. Vanuit hartje Rijnsburg zorgen wij met ons team dagelijks voor slimme handel en ijzersterke leveringen over de hele wereld. Wij zijn nuchter, ondernemend en de lijnen zijn kort. Om onze volgende groeifase vorm te geven, zoeken we een Accountmanager Bloemen & Planten die de sierteelt ademt.

Jouw rol als Accountmanager

Jij bent eigenlijk een ondernemer binnen onze onderneming. Je krijgt de vrijheid om jouw commerciële rol zelf in te vullen en je eigen internationale klantenportefeuille te beheren én uit te bouwen.

Wat je als Accountmanager in de praktijk doet:

  • Handelen: Je bent dagelijks in contact (telefoon/mail/WhatsApp) met je klanten. Je adviseert over assortiment en kwaliteit, en onderhandelt over prijzen en volumes.
  • Verbinden: Je vertaalt de klantvraag naar het juiste aanbod en schakelt intern razendsnel met inkoop, logistiek en transport.
  • Groeien: Je hebt een neus voor handel. Je signaleert trends, spot nieuwe markten en haalt nieuwe klanten binnen.
  • Netwerken: Je reist regelmatig om je internationale klanten te bezoeken en toonaangevende vakbeurzen bij te wonen.

Wie zoeken wij?

Als Accountmanager voel jij je thuis in de hectiek van de bloemen- en plantenhandel. Waar anderen stress ervaren, zie jij kansen. Timing, kwaliteit en de juiste prijs: jij weet precies hoe het spel gespeeld wordt.

  • Je hebt commerciële ervaring en een relevant netwerk in de bloemen-, planten- of sierteelthandel (AGF mag ook!).
  • Je neemt 100% eigenaarschap over jouw klanten en omzet.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk, schakelt snel en bouwt gunfactor op.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels. (Spreek je ook nog andere talen en ken je Florisoft? Dan heb je een dikke streep voor!)

Vink je niet alles af, maar heb je wél de onmisbare commerciële drive en marktkennis? Laat je niet tegenhouden en reageer alsnog.
