Η ΒΙΑΝΕΞ Α.Ε., η κορυφαία ελληνική φαρμακοβιομηχανία, αναζητά να προσλάβει Business Development Coordinator (Contract Manufacturing).

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον συντονισμό και την παρακολούθηση των παραγγελιών των συνεργαζόμενων εταιρειών, καθώς και για την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τα εμπλεκόμενα τμήματα της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες :

· Επικοινωνία με τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες για τη λήψη παραγγελιών και προβλέψεων ζήτησης (order forecasts).

· Καταχώρηση παραγγελιών και προβλέψεων ζήτησης στο σύστημα SAP.

· Επικοινωνία με τα εργοστάσια για την παρακολούθηση και τον συντονισμό της εκτέλεσης των παραγγελιών.

· Αποστολή επιβεβαιώσεων παραγγελιών στις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες.

· Επικοινωνία με τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες για τον συντονισμό και την παρακολούθηση της παράδοσης των παραγγελιών.

· Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Logistics για την προετοιμασία και την έκδοση των απαραίτητων εγγράφων αποστολής και φορτωτικών.

· Τήρηση και επικαιροποίηση αρχείου επαφών συνεργαζόμενων εταιρειών, καθώς και λοιπών εταιρικών επαφών.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :

· Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο.

· Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

· Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office.

· Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

· Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα :

· Προϋπηρεσία 1–2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον εμπορικών συναλλαγών ή Contract Manufacturing.

· Εξοικείωση με το σύστημα SAP.
