  • Design, execute, and document equity-related SOX controls, and implement best practices to strengthen the control environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, and Payroll to ensure compliance with equity plan terms, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Partner with internal and external auditors by preparing documentation, supporting audit requests, and addressing inquiries
  • Analyze and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies, ensure completeness, and improve data quality
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs and scalable processes to support company growth and audit readiness
  • Assist in managing relationships with third-party providers, including transfer agents and equity system vendors
  • Respond to inquiries from Class B unit holders and support related communications
  • Provide education and support to employees regarding equity awards, including responding to complex inquiries and maintaining equity-related content on the Company’s internal website
  • Manage and support special projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and equity program enhancements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
