Auf der ganzen Welt – überall dort, wo unsere Fördertechnik im Einsatz ist – von der ersten Inbetriebnahme bis zum Moment, in dem die gesamte Anlage reibungslos läuft. Dein Impact bei uns:

  • Du bringst unsere Fördertechnik nach der Installation zum Laufen und nimmst Feldbussysteme wie PROFINET RT und AS-Interface in Betrieb
  • Du parametrierst Antriebe und Antriebssysteme wie Servoregler und Positioniersysteme und sorgst für die präzise Justierung der Sensorik
  • Du nimmst unsere Anlagen im Handbetrieb mit STEP 7, TIA Portal und SCL in Betrieb und prüfst das Zusammenspiel der einzelnen Komponenten
  • Du konfigurierst Barcode-Scanner und erstellst sowie parametrierst HMI-Bedienterminals für eine zuverlässige Anlagenbedienung
  • Du nimmst die Sicherheitstechnik mithilfe von Safety Integrated in Betrieb und überprüfst die korrekte Funktion der sicherheitsrelevanten Komponenten
  • Du begleitest die Anlagenabnahme vor Ort und weist unsere Kunden in die Bedienung und Funktionen der Anlagen ein

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen oder mechatronischen Beruf erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, technisches Verständnis und idealerweise Kenntnisse in TIA Portal, STEP 7 sowie der Antriebs- und Feldbustechnik mit
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und gehst technische Herausforderungen eigenverantwortlich an
  • Du bringst die nötige Reisebereitschaft (100%) mit, um unsere Anlagenprojekte bei Kunden im In- und Ausland zu begleiten
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse, die Dich bestens auf die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld vorbereiten
