Bei uns lernst du alles kennen, was es von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung für Trainings in einer Organisation braucht. Bei uns erfährst du die Hintergründe und kannst direkt mit anpacken bspw. bei der Organisation der Trainings, an der Kommunikation mit den Teilnehmer*innen bis hin zur Wirksamkeitsprüfung.

Der Arbeitsplatz befindet sich an unserem Standort in Stuttgart. Die Stelle ist befristet.

Dein Impact bei uns:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Trainings
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Mitarbeitenden zu unseren Trainings

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du studierst einen kaufmännischen Studiengang idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Du konntest durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalentwicklung / Trainings sammeln
  • Du bist eine offene und kommunikative Person, die gerne im Team arbeitet
  • Du kannst strukturiert arbeiten und bist mit den gängigen MS-Office Tools vertraut
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssicher Deutsch- sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
