  • Du recherchierst und identifizierst geeignete Unternehmen und attraktive Märkte für unsere Unternehmensgruppe
  • Du unterstützt bei der Ansprache potenzieller Partnerunternehmen und bereitest Gespräche mit Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern vor
  • Du analysierst Geschäftsmodelle, Jahresabschlüsse und Unternehmensplanungen und wirkst bei Unternehmensbewertungen mit
  • Du bereitest Bilanzen, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen sowie Cashflow-Daten auf und beurteilst wesentliche Finanzkennzahlen
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und weitere transaktionsbezogene Unterlagen
  • Du begleitest Due-Diligence-Prozesse und koordinierst Informationen zwischen internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Beratern
  • Du unterstützt das M&A-Team bei der Strukturierung und Durchführung von Transaktionen bis zum Closing
  • Du pflegst unsere Akquisitionspipeline und entwickelst bestehende Analysen, Vorlagen und Prozesse weiter

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Wirtschaftsrechts oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder bis zu zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Unternehmensberatung oder Unternehmensentwicklung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und Rechnungslegung nach HGB sowie ein sicheres Verständnis von Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Cashflow
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Analyse mittelständischer Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB, insbesondere hinsichtlich Ertragslage, Working Capital, Finanzverbindlichkeiten und Sondereffekten
  • Grundkenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modeling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am persönlichen Austausch mit mittelständischen Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Interesse am Handwerk und am deutschen Mittelstand
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
