  • Du organisierst und koordinierst Kundentermine und sorgst für einen professionellen Ablauf von der ersten Anfrage bis zum persönlichen Gespräch
  • Du behältst das Angebotsmanagement im Blick, koordinierst Wiedervorlagen und stellst eine termingerechte Bearbeitung sicher
  • Du übernimmst die Auftragsabwicklung und stimmst Termine sowie Projektinhalte eng mit unseren Kunden ab
  • Du leitest interne und externe Projekte eigenverantwortlich und bringst diese erfolgreich zum Abschluss
  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden, gewinnst neue Kunden für unsere Lösungen und baust langfristige, erfolgreiche Geschäftsbeziehungen auf
  • Du unterstützt aktiv die Neukundengewinnung und erkennst neue Geschäftspotenziale
  • Mit deiner serviceorientierten Art sorgst du für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und trägst maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit und weißt, wie man Kunden erfolgreich betreut und Projekte professionell begleitet
  • Du arbeitest vertriebsorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
  • Mit deinem ausgeprägten Akquisitionsgeschick, deinem sicheren Auftreten und deiner Kommunikationsstärke begeisterst du Kunden und baust nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen auf
  • Du überzeugst durch Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Du besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B und bist gerne im direkten Kontakt mit Kunden unterwegs
  • Kenntnisse in der Sicherheitsbranche sind kein Muss, aber ein klarer Pluspunkt und erleichtern dir den Einstieg
