Responsável pela realização de visitas médicas e de setores designados, representando a companhia visando assegurar os objetivos comerciais de demanda e promoção de acordo com estratégias estabelecidas pela companhia.

Principais responsabilidades para este papel incluem:

• Planejar, organizar, controlar e cumprir os roteiros de visitas, visando buscar o máximo de produtividade diária e no fechamento do ciclo de trabalho;

• Desenvolver suas atividades profissionais preservando o alinhamento com os valores da empresa; bem como assegurar que todos os recursos disponíveis sejam utilizados em conformidade com Compliance, de maneira ética e produtiva;

• Atuar pro ativamente sobre todos os aspectos pertinentes a promoção médica, bem como interpretar/ analisar informações de auditorias com objetivo de assegurar resultados desejados;

• Realizar os contatos planejados de acordo com potencial e gerenciar os itens de serviço e materiais promocionais de acordo com o alinhamento estabelecido;

• Conhecer muito bem todos os produtos de sua linha, buscando o domínio de suas características, vantagens e benefícios e o posicionamento frente aos concorrentes diretos e indiretos, bem como estratégias definidas pela companhia;

• Estabelecer contatos e apoio dos pares de outras unidades, bem como dos colegas do varejo com o propósito de dirimir dúvida e solucionar eventuais problemas relacionados sua área de atuação;

• Manter estreito relacionamento com médicos, e demais clientes envolvidos e necessários no processo de desenvolvimento de suas atividades;

• Conhecer e aplicar o conhecimento acerca dos produtos em promoção e seus concorrentes, bem como acerca dos materiais promocionais;

• Garantir e zelar pelo patrimônio da companhia tais como: computador, veículo da empresa, materiais de apoio, amostras, materiais promocionais, etc.;

As qualificações mínimas para este papel são:

Formação: Superior Completo em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas relacionadas à Saúde.

Requisito: CNH válida em situação regular

Experiência: Vivência no mercado de farma, healthcare, saúde ou indústrias correlatas.

Idiomas: Inglês nível básico desejável.
