Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Desenvolvimento de Novos Negócios para apoiar a área de Agronegócios na construção, no desdobramento e na implementação do plano estratégico, contribuindo para a avaliação de novas oportunidades de negócio, próprias ou em parceria, a estruturação econômico-financeira de modelos de negócio e a gestão da rotina da área. Atuar em interface com as equipes de campo, garantindo a consistência das análises, a conformidade dos processos e o alinhamento das iniciativas às diretrizes estratégicas da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a construção, o desdobramento e a implementação do plano estratégico de Agronegócios, contribuindo para a identificação das principais alavancas de negócio e a definição de planos de ação;Avaliar novas oportunidades de negócio, próprias ou em parceria, apoiando análises de viabilidade e a estruturação econômico-financeira dos modelos;Apoiar a rotina de gestão da área, consolidando informações, desenvolvendo análises e elaborando materiais gerenciais para subsidiar a tomada de decisão;Manter interface com as equipes de campo para compreender demandas, validar informações e acompanhar a execução das iniciativas e dos planos de ação da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas; Domínio do Pacote Office, com Excel avançado, Power BI, PowerPoint e Think-Cell; Conhecimento e utilização de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à análise de dados, geração de insights e construção de materiais executivos; Disponibilidade para interações e deslocamentos ao campo.Competências Desejadas:Visão de negócio e capacidade de conectar dados a estratégia comercial.Autonomia e ownership, com iniciativa para propor e conduzir análises.Excelente comunicação executiva e habilidade de influenciar decisões.Curiosidade, pensamento crítico e orientação a resultado.Colaboração em squads multidisciplinares e agilidade organizacional.
