A área de Operações Logísticas é responsável pela gestão e acompanhamento das operações de transporte e distribuição de produtos, garantindo a eficiência operacional, a rastreabilidade das cargas e o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço (SLAs) acordados. Atua em conjunto com transportadoras, operadores logísticos e stakeholders internos, assegurando a atualização das informações nos sistemas de monitoramento, o tratamento das ocorrências e a melhoria contínua dos processos, com foco na qualidade do atendimento ao cliente. Garantir a visibilidade e o controle das cargas durante todo o processo de transporte e entrega, por meio do monitoramento sistêmico, da gestão de ocorrências e da atuação junto aos stakeholders internos e externos. Assegurar a atualização dos status das entregas, a identificação proativa de desvios operacionais e o acompanhamento dos planos de ação, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos SLAs, a redução de atrasos e a excelência na experiência do cliente.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Monitorar diariamente as cargas nos sistemas de gestão de transporte e rastreamento. Garantir a atualização dos status das entregas e a confiabilidade das informações. Identificar, registrar e acompanhar ocorrências logísticas até sua resolução. Atuar junto às transportadoras e aos stakeholders para tratamento de desvios operacionais. Monitorar os prazos de entrega e atuar preventivamente em situações de risco de atraso. Acompanhar a disponibilidade e o registro dos comprovantes de entrega nos sistemas. Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de desempenho, incluindo entregas no prazo, ocorrências, atrasos e pendências.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automação nos processos de monitoramento e gestão de ocorrências.
