Buscamos profissional para atuar na gestão e acompanhamento das demandas regulatórias das unidades operacionais da Vibra, apoiando a obtenção, atualização e manutenção das autorizações necessárias à operação junto à ANP, ANTAQ e Autoridade Marítima/Capitania dos Portos, com interface direta com as unidades operacionais e áreas de Engenharia, Projetos, Manutenção e demais áreas envolvidas. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar os processos regulatórios das unidades operacionais junto à ANP, ANTAQ e Autoridade Marítima/Capitania dos Portos, incluindo solicitações, atualizações e manutenção das autorizações necessárias à operação.Preparar, organizar e conferir a documentação necessária aos processos de autorização e demais demandas dos órgãos reguladores.Realizar o acompanhamento dos processos protocolados, controlando prazos, pendências, exigências e documentação, até sua conclusão.Apoiar o atendimento às exigências e solicitações dos órgãos reguladores, articulando a obtenção das informações necessárias junto às áreas internas e unidades operacionais.Acompanhar as obrigações regulatórias e contratuais aplicáveis às unidades sujeitas à regulação da ANTAQ, incluindo demandas decorrentes de fiscalizações.Apoiar os processos de autorização, anuência e regularização junto à Autoridade Marítima/Capitania dos Portos, quando aplicáveis às operações da companhia.Atuar em interface com as áreas de Engenharia, Projetos e Manutenção para obtenção e adequação de documentos e informações técnicas necessários aos processos regulatórios.Avaliar, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis, as necessidades de autorizações ou atualizações regulatórias decorrentes de novos projetos, obras, ampliações e modificações das instalações.Apoiar as unidades operacionais no entendimento e atendimento das demandas dos órgãos reguladores.Manter atualizados os controles dos processos regulatórios, proporcionando visibilidade sobre status, prazos e pendências das autorizações das unidades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Engenharia;Experiência prévia na ANP ou atuação direta com processos regulatórios junto à Agência; Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com habilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização, especialmente Engenharia, Projetos,Manutenção e Unidades Operacionais; Organização e gestão de prazos, considerando o acompanhamento simultâneo de diferentes processos, exigências e autorizações; Capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes, especialmente para análise e conferência de documentos e requisitos regulatórios.
