Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Treinamento Pl para atuar na Academia de Operações, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e fortalecimento das competências dos públicos operacionais da companhia. Esse(a) profissional será responsável pelo planejamento, implementação e acompanhamento de programas de capacitação, apoiando a construção de soluções educacionais, a gestão de fornecedores, a governança das trilhas de aprendizagem e a análise de indicadores de desempenho.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, desenvolver, implementar e acompanhar soluções de aprendizagem voltadas aos públicos da Academia de Operações, alinhadas às necessidades do negócio e às estratégias de desenvolvimento da companhia;Gerenciar programas, trilhas de aprendizagem, certificações e jornadas de capacitação técnica, comportamental e de liderança operacional;Atuar como parceiro consultivo das áreas clientes, realizando levantamento de necessidades de treinamento e propondo soluções aderentes aos objetivos organizacionais;Coordenar fornecedores e parceiros educacionais, acompanhando escopo, cronograma, orçamento e qualidade das entregas;Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de treinamento, aprendizagem e eficácia, gerando análises e recomendações para tomada de decisão;Apoiar a governança da Academia de Operações, garantindo a atualização de conteúdos, trilhas, matrizes de treinamento e processos de aprendizagem;Conduzir projetos corporativos de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, assegurando entregas dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos;Elaborar materiais executivos, relatórios gerenciais e apresentações para lideranças e fóruns de governança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Pedagogia, Recursos Humanos, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Pessoas, Educação Corporativa, Desenvolvimento Organizacional, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas afins será considerada diferencial;Experiência em Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Educação Corporativa, Universidade Corporativa ou Gestão da Aprendizagem;Vivência na gestão de projetos de desenvolvimento de pessoas e implementação de programas de capacitação;Experiência na condução de fornecedores e parceiros externos;Atuação com indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e acompanhamento de resultados;Desejável experiência com públicos operacionais, academias corporativas ou programas de capacitação técnica.Informações adicionaisConheça nossos benefícios...Assistência Médica e OdontológicaPlano de previdência complementarLicença-maternidade de 180 diasLicença-paternidade de 20 dias consecutivosDisponibilização da Plataforma de Bem Estar, com atividades voltadas para o corpo e a menteBenefícios educacionais para filhos, da creche ao ensino médio (reembolso com despesas escolares)E para o desenvolvimento de nossas equipes...Plataforma de Aprendizagem: Trilha dos valores vibra e curadoria renomada com mais de 200 opções de cursos disponíveis para acesso a qualquer tempo.Recrutamento Interno: Divulgação das vagas disponíveis em todo Brasil, incentivando a mobilidade interna.
