Buscamos Técnico(a) de Química para atuar no controle e na garantia da qualidade de matérias-primas e produtos, realizando análises, avaliações e estudos laboratoriais de maior complexidade, assegurando a confiabilidade dos resultados e a conformidade com especificações técnicas, requisitos legais, normas e procedimentos internos. Contribuir para o aprimoramento de métodos, práticas e processos laboratoriais, apoiando a evolução técnica da operação, a qualidade dos produtos e a competitividade do negócio. Atuar como ponto focal do seu turno, tanto para os técnicos mais júniores quanto para as interfaces, monitorando a equipe, contribuindo com o desenvolvimento dos colegas de bancada, fornecendo treinamentos técnicos e nas tomadas de decisões técnicas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e monitorar análises físico-químicas e processos de controle da qualidade de matérias-primas, insumos e produtos, realizando análise crítica e validação dos resultados e assegurando sua confiabilidade, rastreabilidade e conformidade com especificações, normas, requisitos legais, metodologias oficiais e procedimentos internos. Atuar no monitoramento do desempenho de produtos e processos laboratoriais, investigação e tratamento de anomalias, controle estatístico e respectivas análises críticas, análise crítica de calibração e manutenção de equipamentos e melhoria contínua. Desenvolver e aperfeiçoar métodos analíticos, apoiar avaliações e qualificações técnicas de materiais, equipamentos, fornecedores e serviços e prestar suporte técnico às áreas de interface. Contribuir para projetos de otimização de produtos, formulações e processos, bem como para auditorias, gestão de mudanças e iniciativas voltadas ao aumento da eficiência, redução de custos e evolução técnica do laboratório.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios: Formação técnica na área de Química, comprovado pelo SISTEC; Registro no conselho federal de química ativo. Experiência comprovada em laboratório de controle de qualidade.
