Job Summary

Partner with Vibrant Employment as a Freelance Employment Agent to independently manage the end-to-end placement of domestic helpers, leveraging your sector expertise to match helpers with employers and coordinate compliance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Match employers with domestic helpers based on specific household needs such as infant care, elderly care, and cooking profiles
  • Manage clear and consistent communication with employers to ensure a smooth and transparent placement process
  • Coordinate with agency backend teams to facilitate Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work permit applications, security bonds, and insurance arrangements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) qualification
  • Proven experience in domestic helper deployment and knowledge of MOM regulations
  • Strong relationship-building skills and empathy to effectively manage employer-helper interactions
