Für unser PartnerunternehmenHIO Fitting suchen wir dich als Verstärkung für das Team im HQ in München. Du kannst gut mit Kunden umgehen, bist freundlich und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität? Dann suchen wir dich!

HIO Fitting betreibt das größte und modernste Golf-Fittingstudio in Europa. Sie verstehen sich als Experten auf dem Gebiet der Maßanfertigung von Golfschlägern. Nach einem individuellen Fitting mit modernster Technologie werden die Golfschläger in professioneller Handarbeit in der eigenen Werkstatt im Herzen des Firmensitzes im Münchner Westen hergestellt. Mit > 30 Mitarbeiter*innen auf 1.200 qm Analyse- und Werkstattfläche, sowie Außenstandorte im Münchner Umland und internationalen Geschäftsbeziehungen, sind die Kollegen:innen aus unserem Partnerunternehmen aber noch lange nicht am Ende.

Wir wollen mit Dir wachsen und dich von Anfang an voll in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren. U.a. werden folgende Tätigkeiten routinemäßig zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung von Kunden am Telefon, per Mail und vor Ort
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation des gesamten Kundenbereiches
  • Sicherung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch Engagement im Workflowmanagement
  • Übernahme anfallender organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei internen operativen Prozessen, u.a. Verkauf von Softgood Artikeln
  • Mithilfe bei der Koordination von Abholungen und Versand

Deine Scorecard

  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Dienstleitungsbereich
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Organisationsgeschick, sorgfältiges Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Positives und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Lernbereitschaft, sowie Blick für Optimierungen und Ordnung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie sichere MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Golfkenntnisse vorteilhaft aber keine Voraussetzung
