About the role

What you’ll do

  • Works independently to safely receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products based on company standards
  • Perform all tasks with proper attention to safety procedures and conventions (e.g. use proper lifting techniques, maintain a safety zone around equipment, etc.)
  • Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials
  • Manages all merchandise with appropriate care
  • May assist with training of newly employed team members
  • Application of labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of all company's products and policies
  • May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

  • Excellent time management and organization skills; meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
  • Ability to work positively and collaboratively with different groups within the company to advance the company’s stability and growth
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work effectively in a team environment
  • Skilled at communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED accepted with warehouse work experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Work Environment and Schedule

  • This is a full-time position with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Work in a warehouse environment that is not temperature-controlled.
  • Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
  • Frequently lift or pull items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area while supporting daily warehouse operations.
