Du liebst Kaffee, Hospitality und Menschen, die gemeinsam etwas bewegen. Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und den operativen Erfolg unserer Espresso Bars aktiv mitgestalten. In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeitest du eng mit den unseren Baristi sowie dem Espresso Bar Management zusammen. Du bist Vorbild auf der Fläche, unterstützt dein Team im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst gemeinsam mit allen Beteiligten dafür, dass unsere Gäste jeden Tag ein herausragendes ViCAFE-Erlebnis geniessen. Besonders an unseren A-Locations trägst du massgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Bars reibungslos funktionieren und höchste Qualitätsstandards gelebt werden.

Operative Verantwortung (ca. 80%)

  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Front und hohe Präsenz auf der Fläche
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Produkt-, Service- und Gästequalität
  • Führung und Motivation des Barista-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Koordination von Pausen sowie flexible Umverteilung des Teams bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen
  • Aktiver Zusatzverkauf unserer Produkte und Angebote (z. B. Kaffeebohnen, Tastings oder Kurse)
  • Enge und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Management sowie den Location Leads
  • Verantwortung für Bestellungen, Tagesrapporte und weitere administrative Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Academy bei internen Schulungen sowie externen Kursen und Events
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Store Managements im Gästekontakt und in der täglichen Betriebsführung
  • Übernahme der operativen Verantwortung für die Espresso Bar bei Abwesenheit des Store Managements

Führung und Entwicklung (ca. 20%)

  • Coaching, Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Baristi im Arbeitsalltag
  • Regelmässiges, wertschätzendes Feedback und Förderung einer starken Feedbackkultur
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer positiven, motivierenden Teamkultur
  • Unterstützung bei Neueröffnungen sowie beim Aufbau langfristiger Gästebeziehungen und einer starken Stammkundschaft

  • Du bist Gastgeber*in mit Herz und schaffst für unsere Gäste wie auch für dein Team eine herzliche, professionelle Atmosphäre.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du organisierst dich gut, packst gerne mit an und gehst Herausforderungen pragmatisch an.
  • Kaffee ist deine Leidenschaft – und du verstehst es, Gäste mit deiner Begeisterung und deinem Verkaufsgeschick zu überzeugen.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hospitality mit und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl.
  • Du möchtest deine Leadership-Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln und Verantwortung im Team übernehmen.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, offen und wertschätzend und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Menschen zusammen.
  • Du bist flexibel, denkst mit und verlierst auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten die gemeinsame Vision nicht aus den Augen.
  • Du interessierst dich für Kaffee in seiner ganzen Vielfalt – von der Bohne über die Röstung bis zur perfekten Tasse.
