The Role

As a Fabrication Coordinator you will be part of the team responsible for effectively and efficiently managing our prefabrication orders and the flow of raw materials and finished products.

• Planning and organizing the daily production activities within your team to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Ensuring good communication and cooperation between the different teams and departments (Customer care, Logistics, VDC, external suppliers) within our prefabrication locations.
• Drawing up and following up production schedules, taking deadlines and customer requirements into account.
• Prioritize and expedite all incoming orders to ensure on-time availability.
• Manage the stock of raw materials and materials and ensure that they are replenished in a timely manner.
• Monitor quality and ensure that products meet the set standards and specifications.
• Reporting production data, performance and any deviations to the Fabrication Operations Manager.
• Assist in organizing transportation to our customers & subcontractors.

About You

• You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
• You have an eye for quality, safety and efficiency.
• Experience with the ERP system is considered a plus (Infor M3).
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• You have good organizational and planning skills.
• Willing and able to travel within EMEA as required.
• You speak English and preferably Dutch.
