  • Present technical information and training requirements using hands-on demonstrations, PowerPoint presentations, short videos, and other approved training materials.
  • Assist with the rollout and communication of training programs in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Prepare and deliver manufacturing training sessions and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training based on employee understanding and successful application of the required skills.
  • Track employee training progress and maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Communicate training progress, identified skill gaps, and additional training needs to appropriate supervision or management.
  • Promote consistency in training by reinforcing established procedures and approved work methods.
  • Serve as a positive example of safe work practices, quality, teamwork, professionalism, and accountability on the production floor.
  • Assist with FEM/5S activities and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other training-related duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
