Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, klanten verder helpt én graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Dan hebben wij misschien wel een leuke uitdaging voor jou!

Voor onze seizoensafdeling zoeken we een zelfstandige en gemotiveerde winkelmedewerker die op termijn de volledige afdeling Tuin & Kerst mee kan overnemen.

Je start binnen het team en krijgt de tijd om de winkel, producten en werking goed te leren kennen. Stap voor stap bouw je jouw kennis en verantwoordelijkheid verder op.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin geen enkele dag hetzelfde is:

  • Je helpt bij het inrichten en onderhouden van de seizoensafdeling.
  • Je zet meubelen en andere artikelen in elkaar.
  • Je vult de stock aan en zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling steeds netjes en aangevuld is.
  • Je ontvangt klanten, geeft persoonlijk advies en helpt hen bij hun aankoop.
  • Je maakt klantorders aan en volgt deze mee op.
  • Je werkt mee aan de kassa.
  • Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Op termijn neem je ook bestellingen en aankopen voor de afdeling voor je rekening.
  • Uiteindelijk groei je door naar een rol waarin je zelfstandig de volledige seizoensafdeling mee beheert.

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die vooral weet van aanpakken en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je:

  • bent vlot, sociaal en zeer klantvriendelijk;
  • hebt ervaring in een winkelomgeving;
  • hebt ervaring met de kassa;
  • bent zelfstandig en betrouwbaar;
  • hebt geen schrik van fysiek werk en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • staat open om technische kennis on the job aan te leren;
  • bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel op drukke momenten;
  • vindt weekendwerk geen probleem, zowel zaterdag als zondag;
  • bent bereid om op feestdagen te werken;
  • spreekt, leest en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands;
