Acerca del rol:

El/la Business Developer - Base Instalada será responsable de impulsar los ingresos recurrentes mediante la venta de consumibles, refacciones y soluciones de postventa.

Administrará una cartera asignada de aproximadamente 100–150 clientes pequeños del canal SMI.

En este rol, un día típico incluirá:

  • Administrar y desarrollar proactivamente el portafolio asignado, contactando a los clientes principalmente por teléfono.
  • Analizar el consumo esperado según la tecnología, los equipos instalados, la temporalidad y las nuevas ventas para construir el forecast mensual.
  • Identificar oportunidades de venta de consumibles y refacciones, cross-sell, upsell y generación de leads.
  • Preparar cotizaciones, negociar precios y dar seguimiento a oportunidades, solicitudes y pedidos.
  • Mantener actualizados el CRM y la información de clientes, contactos, equipos y actividades comerciales.
  • Capturar órdenes en el ERP y colaborar con Ventas, Marketing, Servicio al Cliente, Operaciones, Finanzas y Servicio Técnico.

La interacción comercial será aproximadamente 80% telefónica y 20% presencial. Las visitas serán principalmente locales y se programarán según las necesidades comerciales.

Los requisitos esenciales del puesto incluyen:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Más de tres años de experiencia en ventas B2B, ventas internas, postventa, gestión de cuentas, servicio al cliente o desarrollo de negocios.
  • Experiencia administrando carteras de clientes, objetivos comerciales, cotizaciones, pipeline y forecast.
  • Experiencia práctica utilizando sistemas CRM y ERP; Salesforce y Oracle son deseables.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar tres días por semana en la oficina de Videojet en Los Alpes, Álvaro Obregón, y realizar visitas ocasionales a clientes.
