Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Position Purpose:

主要负责汽车配件、电子 & 新能源行业战略大客户的开发、经营与全生命周期管理，推广伟迪捷产品及标识整体解决方案，达成年度销售、回款及行业拓展目标。维护并深化高层客户关系，推动年度框架协议、重点项目落地，落地公司战略销售策略，实现业务规模与利润双增长；主动挖掘潜在业务机会，统筹协调内外部资源推进项目全流程实施。

Primary Responsibilities:

大客户开发与客情维护开拓汽配、电子、新能源行业头部客户，独立完成拜访、技术交流、商务洽谈及合同签约，建立长期稳定战略合作伙伴关系；承接存量重点客户维护，持续提升客情粘性、复购及份额占比 行业深耕与定制方案输出 深入理解汽配（如发动机零部件、汽车电子、底盘 / 三电组件）、电子 / 新能源（PCB 板、半导体元器件、锂电池）生产工艺与赋码追溯需求，结合公司标识产品核心优势，为客户匹配定制化标识与追溯解决方案 业绩指标与销售漏斗管理 制定个人年度 / 季度行业客户开发计划，拆解销售、行业渗透、回款等核心指标并落地达成；运用漏斗管理、价值销售方法论，挖掘客户潜在需求，推动交叉销售、增值服务及年度框架 / 价格协议签订，实现业务持续增长。 跨部门协同与项目落地 联动内部区域销售、技术、售后服务团队，统筹内外部资源，推进集团客户区域项目立项、实施、交付全流程；提升投入产出比，保障项目顺利落地与客户满意度。 市场竞品洞察与信息沉淀 持续跟踪汽配、电子及新能源行业市场动态、竞品策略及行业政策变化，及时反馈一线信息；参与月度 / 季度 / 年度业务复盘，输出行业拓展及策略优化建议。 行业生态与品牌建设参与行业展会、技术研讨会，搭建行业人脉圈层，拓展渠道与直客资源，助力公司在新能源、电子制造新赛道的品牌渗透与大客户孵化。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. 学历专业 本科及以上学历，市场营销、机械制造、电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先。

2. 从业经验 5 年及以上工业设备销售 / 大客户管理经验，有汽车配件、电子制造、新能源锂电行业设备销售背景优先；熟悉标识赋码设备、生产加工设备、检测设备从业者加分，具备完整大客户从开发到长期经营的成功案例。

3. 核心能力 具备极强市场敏锐度、行业需求挖掘及高层人脉攻关能力；可独立完成客户调研、方案设计、商务谈判、合同签订全流程；擅长构建双向信任，影响客户关键决策人，谈判及成交能力突出。

4. 综合素质 优秀沟通表达、商务谈判与跨部门协作能力；抗压性强，适应多任务并行、快节奏工作模式；能接受高频出差，重点覆盖华东、华南、东北区域。

5. 基础技能 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，具备基础英语口语读写能力，可支撑日常商务对接。

6. 加分项 自带汽配、电子制造、新能源头部工厂 / 集团客户资源者优先，可快速切入业务、实现业绩起量；品行端正、职业素养良好，高度认同伟迪捷品牌及价值销售理念。
