Principais responsabilidades:

  1. Auditar e lançar Conhecimentos de Transporte Eletrônicos (CT-e), confrontando diariamente no início do turno os dados de endereço, cubagem e peso das mercadorias expedidas no dia anterior.
  2. Alimentar a planilha de divergências e controle de CT-e/Fretes, registrando em formato de observações detalhadas qualquer erro de valor detectado nas faturas logísticas.
  3. Executar o fluxo sistêmico e fiscal de expedição de totens e terminais, consultando as ordens de produção enviadas pelo PCP, preenchendo os dados de transporte no ERP, acionando o Financeiro para a emissão de Notas Fiscais, imprimindo documentos e gerando as etiquetas de identificação.
  4. Conduzir a varredura preventiva e higienização cadastral de pedidos, analisando criticamente os endereços, numerações e telefones de contato dos destinatários no sistema antes do faturamento.
  5. Gerenciar a movimentação física e o carregamento seguro na rampa de expedição, operando e travando o nivelador de rampa por premissas rígidas de segurança, efetuando a conferência física final com a nota fiscal.
  6. Operar a expedição de peças e periféricos avulsos (vendas avulsas), separando fisicamente os itens solicitados pelo estoque ou RMA, registrando detalhadamente as saídas e baixando os dados em planilhas internas de tráfego,
  7. Desenvolver rotas logísticas e homologar novas transportadoras, mapeando parceiros aptos a atender regiões de difícil acesso ou com gargalos de malha, avaliando tabelas de valores, prazos, apólices de seguro e canais de SAC, realizando testes práticos com lotes pilotos para validar a viabilidade do serviço.
  8. Coordenar a logística de suprimentos locais de alta urgência, organizando o fluxo de retirada de insumos de TI adquiridos pela empresa em distribuidoras locais, acionando o transporte próprio ou transportadoras expressas locais.
  9. Manter atualizada a planilha de cubagem, medidas e pesos padrão, registrando os dados técnicos padronizados de todos os modelos de totens da empresa.
