Zur Unterstützung unserer Abteilung Personal, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche (in den Semesterferien gerne mehr). Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Personalteams im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personaldaten sowie digitaler und physischer Personalunterlagen
  • Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement, insbesondere bei der Pflege von Bewerbungsunterlagen und der Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Onboarding-Prozessen für neue Mitarbeitende
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Schulungen, Weiterbildungen und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation interner Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und internen Dokumenten
  • Möglichkeit zur eigenständigen Übernahme kleinerer Projekte im Bereich Personalmanagement und Personalentwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Interesse an personalwirtschaftlichen Prozessen sowie an den vielfältigen Aufgaben im Bereich Human Resources
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eigeninitiative sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Diskreter und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
