Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Sach-, und Kreditorenkonten
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Durchführung der Anlagenbuchhaltung und Dauerbuchungen
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Mitwirkung bei der Liquiditätsplanung und dem Reporting
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben

Davon träumen wir:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellter, Industriekaufmann oder Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)) mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • alternativ langjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Abschlusserstellung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen insb. SAP FI/CO
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. Niveau C1) sind zwingend
  • Begeisterung für Zahlen, Prozesse und digitale Lösungen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und servicebewusste Arbeitsweise
