Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Einkäufer (m/w/d), der mit Leidenschaft und Präzision unsere Einkaufsprozesse optimiert und unsere hohen Standards wahrt. Bio, Saisonalität, Regionalität und Ressourcenschonung prägen unseren Einkauf. Wir sind Expertin der Schulverpflegung, im Eventcatering sowie in der Versorgung von Kliniken und Betriebskantinen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sortimentsoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung des Food- und Nonfood-Sortiments mit Schwerpunkt Großverbrauchersortiment.
  • Nachhaltige Beziehungen: Pflege und Ausbau von Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Marktanalysen: Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Erkennung von Trends.
  • Systempflege: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Warenwirtschaftssystems.
  • Unterstützung des Teams: Aktive Unterstützung der operativen Geschäftsbereiche.
