Als Küchenleiter (m/w/d) bei VielfaltMenü übernehmen Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Position und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team täglich für frische, gesunde und hochwertige Mahlzeiten für Kita- und Schulkinder. Dabei verantworten Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Küchenteams und stellen reibungslose Abläufe im Küchenalltag sicher. Mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für gutes Essen, Ihrem Know-how und Ihren Ideen gestalten Sie unser Kita- und Schulcatering aktiv mit und tragen dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards kontinuierlich sicherzustellen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kontinuierliche Prüfung und Sicherstellung betrieblicher Standards im operativen Küchenbereich.
  • Warendisposition sowie Bestellung von Lebensmitteln und Küchengeräten nach Bedarf.
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Inventuren.
  • Festlegung von Portionsgrößen.
  • Erstellung von Einsatz- und Urlaubsplänen für das Küchenpersonal.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Küchengeschäft sowie eigenständige Zubereitung und Produktion von Speisen.

  • Branchenkenntnis: Sie wissen, worauf es in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung ankommt, und bringen Koch-Kompetenz, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsstärke mit.
  • Führerschein Klasse B: Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
  • Teamgeist: Sie führen nicht nur, sondern arbeiten aktiv im Team mit.
