Was zeichnet das Food & Beverage Team aus?

Wir sind das größte Team im Haus, das sehr eng und kollegial zusammenarbeitet und für neue MitarbeiterInnen ein sehr gutes Buddy-System etabliert hat. Wir schaffen es immer wieder unsere Gäste beim Frühstück, Legendary Brunch und Candlelight Dinner zu verzaubern. Was gibt es für dich zu tun?

* Du bereitest den Service vor und nach, inklusive Mise en Place, und deckst die Tische sorgfältig ein.

* Du bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson für nationale und internationale Gäste.

* Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf während des Frühstücks-, Brunch- und Dinnerbuffets sicher.

* Du nimmst Bestellungen auf und empfiehlst fachkundig Speisen und Getränke.

* Du betreust und berätst die Gäste umfassend während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts im Restaurant.

Was zeichnet dich aus?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe oder dir die Leidenschaft zum Beruf gemacht und bringst Erfahrung mit. Dich zeichnet außerdem ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit der Liebe zum Detail aus. Du sprichst umfassend Deutsch und Englisch.
