Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Garten- und Außenanlagen an den Standorten Oldenburg, Rastede und Bad Zwischenahn inklusive Grün- und Grauflächenunterhalt
  • Durchführung von Baumpflegemaßnahmen sowie Gehölz- und Formschnitt
  • Kulturführung sowie bedarfsgerechte Pflege, Düngung und Pflanzenschutz
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Bepflanzungs-, Umgestaltungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen auf dem Betriebsgelände
  • Begleitung der Neugestaltung der Parkanlagen in Bad Zwischenahn
  • Bedienung, Pflege und Wartung von gärtnerischen Maschinen, Geräten und Fahrzeugen
  • Übernahme des saisonalen Winterdienstes zur Gewährleistung der Verkehrssicherheit auf dem Betriebsgelände

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gärtner (m/w/d) mit der Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder Zierpflanzenbau
  • Fundierte Erfahrung und Fachkenntnisse in Pflanzenkunde, Bodenpflege, Schnittmaßnahmen und Pflanzenschutz sowie sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Begeisterung für ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild unserer Standorte sowie Zuverlässigkeit, körperliche Belastbarkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B und Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
