Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

  • Sie möchten Ihr Fachwissen weitergeben, statt täglich selbst zu schrauben? Dann wechseln Sie aus der Werkstatt in eine abwechslungsreiche Position!
  • Durchführung technischer Schulungen und Produktschulungen für Kfz-Werkstätten, den Großhandel und Handelspartner – online, in Präsenz sowie im In- und Ausland
  • Vermittlung von technischem Know-how rund um Fahrzeugdiagnose, Fehlersuche, Diagnosetechnik und den Einbau von Autoersatzteilen
  • Technischer Support bei Reklamationen, Fehleranalysen und Anwendungsfragen
  • Technische Beratung und Betreuung von Werkstätten
  • Unterstützung von Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Marketing bei Produkteinführungen, technischen Fragestellungen und Messeauftritten
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Einbauanleitungen, Webinarinhalten, Präsentationen und Erklärvideos
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Digitalisierung technischer Prozesse und digitaler Wissensplattformen

Stärken, die unser Team bereichern

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Kfz Technikermeister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Technischer Trainer, Werkstatttrainer, Servicetechniker, Anwendungstechniker oder im Technischen Support – Trainererfahrung ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fahrzeugdiagnose, Diagnosetechnik, Fehlersuche und modernen Fahrzeugsystemen
  • Freude daran, technisches Wissen praxisnah zu vermitteln
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft für Schulungen im In- und Ausland
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen Schulungsformaten
  • Englischkenntnisse sowie analytisches Denken und Teamorientierung
