Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

  • Identifikation von Markttrends und Entwicklung kundennaher Produkte und praxisgerechter Reparaturlösungen für Werkstätten weltweit
  • Begleitung erfolgreicher Produkteinführungen und Erstellung zielgerichteter Marketinginhalte wie Blogbeiträge und Einbau-Videos
  • Durchführung fundierter Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios
  • Präsentation von Sortimentsneuheiten für den Vertrieb
  • Repräsentation unserer Marken und Reparaturlösungen auf nationalen und internationalen Fachmessen sowie Branchenevents
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den produktnahen Fachbereichen wie Einkauf und Qualitätsmanagement

Stärken, die unser Team bereichern

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Kfz-Mechatroniker/in oder Kaufmann/frau im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement bzw. Kaufmann/frau im Einzelhandel mit Schwerpunkt Kfz-Teile / Zubehör
  • Leidenschaft für Kfz-Technik und Begeisterung für praxisnahe Produktideen und Reparaturlösungen
  • Erfahrung im automobilen Umfeld oder Aftermarket sowie Gespür für Werkstattbedürfnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Fahrzeug- und Ersatzteilekatalogen sowie MS Office von Vorteil
