Vigere Jeugdzorg is een jonge en groeiende organisatie waar een frisse blik hand in hand gaat met vakmanschap en ervaring. Vanuit ons kantoor in Breda werken we met zo’n 60 betrokken professionals aan één belangrijke missie: ieder kind de juiste zorg bieden, in een passende gezinsvorm.

En daar kun jij als stagiair(e) communicatie een waardevolle bijdrage aan leveren. Je stapt in een inspirerende werkomgeving waar je écht meedraait en impact maakt. Samen met twee collega’s vorm je het communicatieteam, waarin jij als derde collega volop de ruimte krijgt om te leren, mee te denken én zelf dingen op te pakken.

Van het maken van een nieuwsbrief tot het ondersteunen bij campagnes en interne communicatie: jij draait mee in het dagelijkse werk en leert zo stap voor stap de kneepjes van het vak. Kortom, een stage waarin je jezelf ontwikkelt én bijdraagt aan iets dat er echt toe doet.

Opdrachtomschrijving:

Bij Vigere Jeugdzorg zijn we volop in ontwikkeling – en daar kun jij onderdeel van zijn! Tijdens deze meewerkstage draai je écht mee in het communicatieproces. Geen meekijken vanaf de zijlijn, maar actief bijdragen, leren én doen. Je krijgt de kans om jouw creativiteit en skills in te zetten voor een maatschappelijk doel dat ertoe doet. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • meedenken en adviseren over de doorontwikkeling van onze website, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en campagnes;
  • meewerken aan campagnes om nieuwe pleegouders en gezinshuizen te werven;
  • het maken van content voor social media, de website en de nieuwsbrief;
  • interviews afnemen met medewerkers, pleegouders en gezinshuisouders;
  • ondersteunen bij interne communicatie en evenementen;
  • meebouwen aan duidelijke en aantrekkelijke informatie voor toekomstige pleegouders en gezinshuisouders.

Wie zoeken we?

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste derdejaars student communicatie (of een vergelijkbare opleiding) die zin heeft om aan de slag te gaan. Jij:

  • neemt initiatief en komt zelf met ideeën;
  • werkt proactief en professioneel;
  • kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook graag de samenwerking op;
  • hebt gevoel voor taal en weet een boodschap helder over te brengen;
  • bent zorgvuldig en bewust van gevoelige informatie;
  • hebt interesse in social media en contentcreatie;
  • bent nieuwsgierig, creatief en stelt makkelijk vragen.
