The posting

Als begeleider of verpleegkundige op de Forensisch Psychiatrische Afdeling (FPA) ben jij de stabiele basis van de cliënt. Je werkt samen met je collega’s aan de behandeling en begeleiding van cliënten waarbij het uiteindelijke doel is een veilige terugkeer in de maatschappij, stap vóór stap. Je rapporteert over de voortgang, brengt adviezen uit en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de cliënten.

Ons team heeft je hart nodig

Je komt te werken op de FPA, een samenwerking met De Rooyse Wissel. De FPA is een gesloten afdeling op beveiligingsniveau 2 met veel structuur en intensieve begeleiding en behandeling. Als alles volgens plan verloopt kunnen cliënten in een volgende fase uitstromen naar de FTU, een andere psychiatrische afdeling, beschermd wonen of naar een eigen woning.

Op de FPA verblijven 15 cliënten, zowel mannen als vrouwen, met een complexe gedragsproblematiek en een psychische stoornis en/of (licht) verstandelijke beperking en met een justitiële straf of maatregel, waarbij aantoonbaar verhoogd risicogedrag aanwezig is als forensische begeleiding uitblijft.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het bieden van behandeling en begeleiding aan de cliënten met als voornaamste doel het verminderen van het delictgevaar.
  • Optreden als persoonlijk begeleider van één of meerdere cliënten.
  • Zorgdragen voor onderdelen van het behandelplan in samenwerking met het multidisciplinaire team en wanneer nodig bijstellen en evalueren.
  • Waarborgen van veiligheid en observeren van de groepsdynamiek.
  • In teamverband zorgen voor een leefklimaat waarbinnen optimale behandeling, begeleiding en beveiliging kan plaatsvinden.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang en adviezen uitbrengen.
  • Afgeronde mbo of hbo opleiding in de hulpverlenging (zoals Maatschappelijke Zorg, Social

Work of Verpleegkunde);

  • Ervaring in bijvoorbeeld de GGZ, forensische psychiatrie, gehandicaptenzorg, het ziekenhuis

of jeugdzorg;

  • Bereidheid om te werken in onregelmatige diensten en de BHV-cursus te volgen;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, werkt graag in teamverband en staat stevig in je schoenen.

  • Salaris afhankelijk van ervaring volgens cao GGZ: mbo: FWG 45 tussen €3180,- en €4273,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur hbo: FWG 50 tussen €3560,- en €4716,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur
  • Onregelmatige diensten, waarbij je een aantrekkelijke ORT toeslag ontvangt volgens cao GGZ.
