Seu papel será fundamental no suporte ao atendimento dos clientes, no acompanhamento de indicadores e na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados e metas do negócio.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão: Acompanhar o fluxo de pedidos, do recebimento ao faturamento e à entrega, identificando pendências e apoiando sua resolução.Conferir informações comerciais, como preços, condições de pagamento, volumes e cadastros, conforme as condições aprovadas.Apoiar a manutenção de cadastros de clientes, produtos e tabelas comerciais nos sistemas e controles da área.Atuar em interface com Logística, Supply, Financeiro, Cadastro e demais áreas para acompanhar demandas e dar retorno aos envolvidos.Apoiar o atendimento aos clientes em questões operacionais, como posição de pedidos, previsão de entrega e divergências de faturamento.Elaborar e atualizar planilhas, relatórios e indicadores de vendas, contribuindo para o acompanhamento de volumes, faturamento e desempenho das contas.Apoiar o controle de devoluções, ocorrências e outras pendências administrativas, mantendo os registros atualizados.Organizar documentos e históricos comerciais, garantindo confiabilidade e facilidade de consulta.Identificar inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, sinalizando situações que exijam orientação ou decisão da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo ou Cursando, nos cursos de Administração, Administração de Empresas, Gestão Comercial, Economia, Engenharias e áreas correlatasExperiência prévia com rotinas administrativas/comerciais;Conhecimento prático no sistema SAP/Oracle será um diferencial;Conhecimento em pacote Office (Desejável Excel intermediário e PowerPoint Básico).Local de atuação: Barra Funda - SP.
