Buscamos um profissional para atuar no planejamento e controle da produção, garantindo o alinhamento entre demanda, capacidade produtiva, disponibilidade de materiais e níveis de estoque. Essa pessoa terá papel importante na análise de indicadores, identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e otimização dos processos, contribuindo para o cumprimento do plano de produção e dos objetivos da companhia.Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento de produção, considerando demanda, capacidade produtiva, disponibilidade de matérias-primas e níveis de estoque;Realizar o planejamento de médio e longo prazo, alinhando as necessidades comerciais à capacidade industrial;Analisar e acompanhar indicadores de produção, produtividade, aderência ao plano, nível de serviço e cobertura de estoque;Identificar desvios entre o planejado e o realizado, propondo planos de ação para minimizar impactos na operação;Garantir o alinhamento entre as áreas de PCP, Produção, Suprimentos, Logística e Comercial;Monitorar a disponibilidade de matérias-primas, embalagens e demais insumos necessários para o cumprimento do plano de produção;Avaliar cenários de demanda e capacidade produtiva, antecipando possíveis restrições e riscos operacionais;Atuar na otimização dos níveis de estoque, buscando equilíbrio entre disponibilidade de produtos e eficiência operacional;Desenvolver análises e relatórios gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisão;Propor melhorias nos processos de planejamento e controle da produção, visando maior eficiência, redução de perdas e melhor utilização dos recursos;Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua e iniciativas de integração entre as áreas envolvidas no planejamento industrial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP), preferencialmente em indústrias de alimentos ou bens de consumo;Conhecimento em planejamento de demanda, programação da produção, gestão de estoques e planejamento de materiais;Experiência com análise de indicadores de desempenho e elaboração de planos de ação;Conhecimento avançado em Excel;Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP ou TOTVS;Local de atuação: Barra Funda – São Paulo/SP.Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido, com 1 dia de home office e 4 dias de trabalho presencial no escritório.🍽️ Alimente sua carreira com a gente e faça parte dessa transformação! 💙Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Assistência Médica Assistência Odontológica Convenio Farmácia Seguro de Vida Vale Refeição Vale Alimentação Vale Transporte Desconto em Produtos Wellhub
