Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão operacional de todas as atividades de controle de qualidade e Garantia de Qualidade da fabrica, liderar o time de qualidade assegurada com foco no atendimento dos objetivos, de resultados e qualidade de segurança de alimentos.Elaborar e controlar os indicadores de desempenho da Qualidade na unidade.Implantar a e garantir o cumprimento dos padrões corporativos de qualidade e Segurança de Alimentos da unidade, bem como requisitos de clientes e certificação.Assegurar o controle técnico e analítico e a qualidade intrínseca dos materiais , produtos em processo e produtos acabados, fabricados pela unidade.Realizar a gestão do processo de liberação de materiais e produtos acabados, para expedição e comercialização.Atuar como responsável técnico da unidade, perante, o conselho regional de química ( CRQ), Ministério da Agricultura ( MAPA) e Vigilância Sanitária ( Anvisa).Ser o ponto focal de ponto direto dos fiscais do MAPA , ANVISA e CRQ , para assuntos relacionados a Qualidade e Segurança dos Alimentos, da Unidade.Ser o elo de comunicação entre a fabrica e a comunicação corporativa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior Completo (Engenharia de Alimentos, Química , areas correlatas);Desejável especialização em Gestão da Segurança de Alimentos, Microbiologia eou gestão de laboratórios de controle de qualidade;CRQ Ativo;Experiência nas atividades descritasConhecimentos Específicos desejáveis:Auditor Interno de alguma norma reconhecida GFSI, preferencialmente FSSC 22000.Conhecimento técnico e prático em: BPF, APPCC, Food Defense, Food Fraud, controle de alergênicos, análises físico-químicas, microbiológicas e sensoriais de alimentos.Instrutor de treinamentos técnicos voltados para a qualidade e segurança de alimentos.Formação em APPCC (Análise de Perigos e Pontos Críticos de Controle).Conhecimento das legislações do MAPA e ANVISA e outros órgãos afins relacionadas a alimentos.Habilidade consolidada e prática em resolução de problemas (MASP), utilizando ferramentas de qualidade e estatísticas.Conhecimento e prática em 5S.Conhecimentos de BI e Pacote OfficeLocal de atuação: Lavras - MG, a modalidade de contratação é 100% presencial.🍽️ alimente sua carreira com a gente e faça parte dessa transformação! 💙
