Funciones principales

  • Realización de trabajos de chorreado abrasivo en tanques de buques y depósitos navales.
  • Preparación y limpieza de superficies metálicas mediante equipos de chorreado.
  • Eliminación de óxido, pintura antigua, incrustaciones y otros contaminantes.
  • Preparación de superficies para la posterior aplicación de pinturas y recubrimientos industriales.
  • Control del grado de limpieza y rugosidad de las superficies según las especificaciones técnicas.
  • Manejo y mantenimiento básico de equipos de chorreado y sistemas de aire comprimido.
  • Limpieza y acondicionamiento de las zonas de trabajo.
  • Cumplimiento de los procedimientos de trabajo y de las normas de seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia demostrable como chorreador en el sector naval o industrial.
  • Experiencia específica en trabajos de chorreado de tanques y depósitos metálicos.
  • Conocimientos de técnicas de chorreado abrasivo.
  • Manejo de equipos y maquinaria de chorreado.
  • Conocimientos de preparación de superficies metálicas y protección anticorrosiva.
  • Persona responsable, organizada y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en instalaciones del sector naval en la provincia de Pontevedra.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en chorreado interior y exterior de tanques de buques.
  • Experiencia en astilleros y empresas auxiliares del sector naval.
  • Conocimientos de grados de preparación superficial y normas técnicas como ISO 8501-1.
