Viimsi Hoolekandekeskus Hava on Viimsi valla hallatav asutus, mille koosseisus alustab tööd Viimsi Perepesa. Perepesa on kogukondlik ennetus- ja peretöökeskus, mis toetab laste ja perede heaolu

Tööülesanded: Perepesa on kogukondlik ennetus- ja peretöökeskus, mis toetab laste ja perede heaolu läbi süsteemse ennetustöö ning varajasemärkamise. Perepesa tegevus võimestab lapsevanemaid ning pakub nõu ja tuge laste kasvatamisel ning pere- ja paarisuhete loomisel ja hoidmisel. Sihtgrupp on pered lapseootusest kuni lapse kooliminekueani.

Sinu peamised ülesanded on:

* vedada Perepesa uue keskuse käivitamist; * juhtida meeskonda ja koordineerida keskuse igapäevatööd; * panustada Perepesa tegevuste ja teenuste arendusse; * luua ja hoida suhteid koostööpartnerite ning kogukonnaga; * suhelda meediaga ja edastada sõnumeid peredele.

Omalt poolt pakume: * olla osa ja anda oma panus olulise ning uuendusliku loomisesse;* pühendunud ja toetavaid töökaaslasi ning peresõbralikku töökeskkonda; * kuulumist laiemasse Perepesade võrgustikku; * koolitusi ja supervisioone; * töötasu 2400 eurot bruto; * 35 päeva puhkust.

Muud nõuded: OLED SOBIV KANDIDAAT, KUI:· Sul on körgharidus sotsiaalvaldkonnas vői haridusalal; · Sul on varasem juhtimiskogemus; · usud, et läbi ennetustegevuse saab suurendada Eestis elavate perede heaolu; · Sul on hea suhtlemisoskus ja ladus eneseväljendusoskus; · Sul on arvutioskus (sh valmisolek kasutada voi oppida kliendihaldusprogrammi, kujundusprogrammi, kodulehekülge).
