Vi søger en struktureret og engageret administrativ medarbejder til en fuldtidsstilling i Gadstrup.

Virksomheden arbejder med reparation og salg af plader og har en hverdag med mange forskellige kunder, leverancer og administrative opgaver.

I rollen bliver du en vigtig del af den daglige administration og koordinering. Du vil have kontakt med både kunder, chauffører, leverandører og kolleger, og derfor er det et krav, at du taler og skriver polsk.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Koordinering af transporter og leverancer
  • Kontakt med kunder, chauffører og samarbejdspartnere
  • Kommunikation på polsk, dansk og engelsk
  • Håndtering af telefoner og e-mails
  • Oprettelse og kontrol af dokumenter
  • Registrering og opdatering af data i systemer
  • Opfølgning på ordrer og leverancer
  • Daglig administrativ support
  • Koordinering og prioritering af opgaver
  • Sikre et godt informationsflow mellem kunder, chauffører og kolleger

Vi forventer, at du

  • Taler og skriver polsk – dette er et krav
  • Taler og skriver dansk og engelsk
  • Har erfaring med administrativt arbejde
  • Har erfaring fra logistik, transport eller spedition
  • Har god IT- og systemforståelse
  • Arbejder struktureret og selvstændigt
  • Har et godt overblik og kan håndtere flere opgaver samtidig
  • Er detaljeorienteret og følger dine opgaver til dørs
  • Har gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner

Erfaring fra en virksomhed inden for produktion, transport eller handel er en fordel.
