The posting

Det er ikke så tit, vi søger nye kolleger.

Vi er et sammentømret hold, og mange af os har været her i rigtig mange år. Men nu har vi plads til flere, der har lyst til at blive en del af holdet og hjælpe mennesker, når de står et sted, hvor de helst ikke ville stå.

Vi søger chauffører med kørekort kategori C til vejhjælp og autotransport.

Du kan arbejde fuldtid, deltid eller som tilkaldevikar. Vi forsøger at sammensætte dine vagter ud fra dine ønsker og dit privatliv – men jobbet kræver, at du kan arbejde enten weekend, nat eller efter kl. 16.00. Dine vagter vil altid indeholde mindst én af disse.

Arbejdstiden er meget fleksibel. Mange af vores chauffører foretrækker 12-timers vagter, så de kan nøjes med at arbejde 3-4 dage om ugen. Vi arbejder som udgangspunkt med 14-dages rul, og der er gode muligheder for at tilpasse arbejdstiden til familieliv og andre behov.

Du bliver timelønnet, og vi tilbyder ordnede løn- og ansættelsesforhold under 3F/ATL/DI-overenskomsten under Redningsprotokollatet.

Vi er et hold på mere end 40 kolleger. Du er derfor aldrig alene – men når du står ude hos kunden, forventer vi samtidig, at du kan arbejde selvstændigt, træffe beslutninger og tage ansvar.

Det vigtigste for os er ikke, at du allerede kan alt om vejhjælp. Det vigtigste er, at du har hænderne skruet rigtigt på, kan tale ordentligt med mennesker og bevarer roen, når tingene ikke går helt efter planen.

Til gengæld får du et arbejde, hvor dagene sjældent er ens, masser af frihed under ansvar og kolleger, der hjælper hinanden.
