Viking Matka-apu vastaanottaa puheluita matkavakuutusasiakkailta ympäri maailmaa: ihmisiltä, joille on sattunut tapaturma, sairastuminen tai jokin muu ikävä tilanne matkan aikana. Me olemme heidän tukenaan silloin, kun apua oikeasti tarvitaan.

Toimistomme sijaitsevat Torreviejassa ja Fuengirolassa, ja palvelemme asiakkaita suomeksi, norjaksi, ruotsiksi ja tanskaksi.

Työtehtävästä

Assistance Coordinaattorina olet usein ensimmäinen henkilö, johon asiakas ottaa yhteyttä tapahtuman jälkeen. Työsi on kuunnella, kysyä oikeat kysymykset ja varmistaa, että asiakas saa tarvitsemansa avun.

Käytännössä työtehtäviisi kuuluu mm.:

· asiakkaan tilanteen kartoittaminen ja tarvittavien tietojen kerääminen

· vakuutusturvaan liittyviin kysymyksiin vastaaminen

· tapauksen luominen järjestelmäämme

· asiakkaan ohjaaminen lääkärille tai klinikalle

· tarvittaessa lentojen ja majoituksen varaaminen

· yhteistyö vakuutusyhtiöiden ja palvelukumppaneiden kanssa

Tärkeintä on hyvä asiakaspalvelu ja se, että asiakas tuntee olevansa hyvissä käsissä. Tässä tehtävässä ei ole yhtä samanlaista päivää ja sinun tulee pitää monta lankaa käsissä samaan aikaan.

Tähän tehtävään ei ole yhtä oikeaa taustaa. Aiempi koulutus tai työkokemus voi olla monenlainen – usein motivaatio, asenne ja persoona merkitsevät eniten. Iso plussa on, jos viihdyt puhelintyössä ja ihmisten auttaminen tuntuu sinusta luontevalta.

Toivomme, että:

· puhut ja kirjoitat sujuvaa suomea ja englantia (toimistollamme työkielemme on englanti, muut kielet ovat plussaa)

· olet joustava ja pärjäät nopeatempoisessa ympäristössä

· kommunikoit selkeästi sekä puhelimessa että kirjallisesti

· olet järjestelmällinen ja teet työsi huolellisesti

· viihdyt kiireessä ja osaat priorisoida

· pidät tiimityöstä, mutta osaat työskennellä myös itsenäisesti

· sinulla on hyvä työetiikka ja halu oppia uutta

· olet positiivinen ja ratkaisukeskeinen

· opit nopeasti uusia järjestelmiä ja uskallat käyttää niitä
