Minibuschauffører – til vores afdeling i Stenstrup

VIKINGBUS søger nye chauffører til vores Minibusafdeling i Stenstrup med opstart snarest muligt. Vi søger chauffører der har lyst til køre som afløsere, samt enkelte chauffører der har lyst til fast deltidsansættelse på mellem 25 timer om ugen. Arbejdstiden er primært fordelt på hverdage, hvor delt tjeneste vil forekomme. Der kan også være mulighed for at møde ind på vores holdeplads i Odense S.

VIKINGBUS har en central rolle for at mange borgere med psykiske eller fysiske handicap hver dag kan blive kørt til og fra skole, til genoptræning eller til deres aktivitetstilbud, værksteder mv. Det er derfor afgørende at du som minibuschauffør i VIKINGBUS skaber en omsorgsfuld og tryg tur for vores borgere, og det vil være dig der er med til skabe den gode og positive oplevelse af turen.

Vores motto i VIKINGBUS er ”Vi kører med mennesker”, og derfor søger vi chauffører der udviser både professionalisme og empati i deres arbejde.

Personlige kompetencer:

  • Du har evnen til at skabe en tryg og omsorgsfuld atmosfære
  • Du har stor empati og forståelse for borgere med særlige behov
  • Det er en fordel hvis du er ikkeryger, idet vi skal overholde de kommunale regler om at rygning ikke er tilladt på deres ejendomme
  • Du har kommunikationsfærdigheder der skaber en positiv stemning
  • Du er fleksibel og kan tilpasse dig forskellige behov og situationer
  • Du er tålmodig og håndterer udfordringer med ro og venlighed
  • Du sikrer en rolig og sikker kørsel, og sørger altid for at alle borgere kommer godt og sikkert frem
  • Du er rutineret som bilist

Kvalifikationer:

  • Stort erhvervskørekort, Kategori D
  • EU-kvalifikationsbevis
  • Førerkort (Tachografkort)
  • Gerne taxakørekort
  • BAB bevis 1,2,3 og evt. 4
  • Taler, skriver og forstår dansk
  • Børneattest (indhentes under ansættelsesprocessen)
