ABOUT VIKTOR

Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.

The team is small. The scope is not.

THE SHORT VERSION

You own how Viktor looks, feels and works on the web. A new visual identity is about to land from our agency work. You turn it into a living web system, then make viktor.com and every landing page unmistakably Viktor and easy to use. You report to our CMO.

THE HARD PART

Taste at speed. Several landing pages a week, a brand still forming, and agency work to absorb. You'll inherit pages built in a rush and a template system that doesn't exist yet. Holding the bar at this pace is the job.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

- Own viktor.com end to end: home, pricing, comparison, integration, vertical and SEO pages.

- Turn the new identity into web-native type, colour, imagery, motion and components.

- Ship campaign, paid and launch pages and partner micro-sites, several a week, every one on brand.

- Build templates so a new landing page takes a day, not a week.

- Own UX on signup, pricing, paywall and trial walls. The product team owns the app.

- Design and ship the variants for Marketing's experiments.

HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING

- Within your first month, a redesigned page is live in the new identity.

- By month three, the identity is live across home, pricing and the top paid landing pages.

- The team ships an on-brand landing page in a day.

- Home and pricing are clearly better, in user feedback and in the numbers.

WHO YOU ARE

- Your portfolio shows live sites with real traffic and a distinctive point of view. Not mockups.

- You've carried a brand identity across a full site and can explain how each page expresses it.

- You think in hierarchy, flows and clarity, and you've made a page easier to use, not just prettier.

- You use AI every day, from ideation and copy to imagery and code.

- You ship it yourself in Next.js, React and Tailwind with Cursor or Claude Code, from design to live with no handoff for 90% of the work.

PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF

- Your web work is safe SaaS grey: no imagery, no point of view.

- Your portfolio is test results rather than design.

- You've designed brands but never shipped a live page.

EVEN BETTER IF

- You've run or partnered on A/B tests and read PostHog or GA without flinching.

- You do motion (Lottie, Rive), illustration or 3D.

- You've built a design system for a marketing site, or worked on B2B SaaS or AI-native websites.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

- Every paid click lands on your pages. Few designers get that much real audience this early.

- The role can grow into leading web and brand design, or into product design.

Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
